Minnesota encouraging teens to stop texting while driving

The state of Minnesota wants teens to understand the dangers of distracted driving.  How so?  By asking them to produce a TV commercial!
The Department of Public Safety, in collaboration with AAA Minnesota/Iowa, is organizing a contest where grade 9-12 students are invited to prepare a 30 seconds TV commercial showing the risks of distracted driving.  [...]
